CRB Performance

This page details the CRB's performance measures against its Published Service Standards for the current year and gives access to archives of previous years.

The current targets are:

 
  • 95% of Standard Disclosure completed within 2 weeks 
  • 90% of Enhanced Disclosures completed within 4 weeks
  • 90% of calls received in the Callcentre, answered within 20 seconds.
